By accessing or using AskVoss ("the Service"), operated by James Leach ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

AskVoss is an AI-powered sales compensation analysis tool. The Service provides automated analysis, plan design suggestions, healthcheck surveys, and reporting based on information you provide. The Service is intended for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
3. User Accounts
You may use the Service without an account for a limited preview. To access full features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. User Content and Data
You retain ownership of all data, documents, and information you upload or provide to the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

5. AI-Generated Content

You should independently verify any AI-generated output before making business decisions based on it. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
